Cann't forward / send the mail vis lotus notes web interface as the Action bar doesn't appear...long back for the same problem..installed Microsoft VM..and it worked but now nthing seems to work..Anybody can help?

If you have any toolbars installed, you may want to try uninstalling them. Google toolbar in particular has a silent popup blocker that frequently causes webmail problems.
