does anyone know a book / magazine / article / website that can explain how to make chinese lotus shoes? those are the shoes women with bound feet use. i'm planning to make a pair of those shoes for my project. thanks!

Reply:I'm not sure about just the shoes but a%26amp;e had a show on not to long ago about shoes or womens fashion over the years and it showed a pair of them if you look maybe for cable documentaries on womens fashion or shoes on Google it might come up, or i saw a book in library on shoes it had a picture as well. you say for project if your not planning on wearing them maybe you could form them from card board and cover with fabric and beads.
