When I double click on an attachment, it brings up the dialogue box "open, save, view" etc. However as I send out and receive numerous emails this box can be annoying. How can I get rid of it, so that if I just want to view an attachment I just double click and it opens rather than having to use this box. This has stumped even our Lotus Notes expert at work......
