If my office want to use lotus notes, is there any hardware or software we should have or install? Do we have to use a specific server? Now, our server is Linux.

I believe you need Domino as a server to make use of many features of Lotus Notes.

That said, Notes is a horrible horrible piece of software, and in your position I would do anything I could to persuade them to use something else. Even Outlook + Exchange is better then Notes.
