I would like to know how to add survey questions to be inculded in the lotus notes mail.

if you want to do a simple survey, you can add buttons for YES/NO type responses.





On the menu bar, select "Create -%26gt; Hotspot -%26gt; Button". In the dialog that comes up, enter the text for the button and then an action. Most likely, you'll want the action to send you an email back with the person's response. You'll have to collect and collate the data yourself; Notes won't do it for you unless you have some sort of database you can tie into.
