Lotus 123 and Excel 2007?

I have a Lotus 123 file. it has the extension .123 Is there any way I can open this with Excel 2007?

Before you try to open, right click on the file icon down to rename and save it with the extension .csv This converts it to a comma separated value file which means, rather like a text file saved as rtf can be opened in any word processing program. it can be opened in any spreadsheet program. It's a generic format.
