Am I correct in saying that Lotus the British sports car company designed and built his track bikes ?
If so, and judging by his success in the olympics and other comps' why are they not so readily available in Bike shops or on websites like say pinkbike.com ? Too costly perhaps ?
I had a look at the Lotus site but it seemed inconclusive, any fanatics of this unusual bike got anything positive to say about the CB track bike ???
Chris Boardman Olympic indoor cyclist used Lotus bikes ?
Boardman was also famous for using a carbon-fibre time trial bicycle designed by Mike Burrows and made by Lotus, the sports car manufacturer.
