My daughter is looking at someone selling a Lotus Strat Style Fender Guitar. Is this a good one? It comes with everything you need to get started. I just want to make sure that is is a good one. Can someone help??

It's a cheap knock-off of a strat. Should be around 50 to 80 bucks. You can get a Squier Strat for 150 - 200 new that is a lot better. Any used guitar you should have looked at by somebody who has experience.
